C.L.I.M.B. Solutions was established as a knowledge-transfer and innovation vehicle, bridging academic research with the needs of businesses, public authorities, the labour market and regional innovation ecosystems.
Our mission is to transform knowledge and research outcomes into applicable, impact-oriented solutions — supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainable and regional development, skills development and the implementation of European and national projects.

EcoZani
C.L.I.M.B. Solutions contributes to the design and implementation of entrepreneurship activities under the Talent Booster, supporting aspiring entrepreneurs and providing scientific and methodological support to the EcoCarnival Business Challenge.
Its contribution also includes skills and entrepreneurship assessment tools and activities strengthening links between the University, businesses and the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
EUMINDA
C.L.I.M.B. Solutions supports the Regional Union of Municipalities of Western Macedonia (RUM-WM) through scientific, methodological and operational assistance, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, research activities, interregional meetings, workshops and capacity building.
C.L.I.M.B. has also contributed to the Status Quo Analysis, Stakeholder Needs Assessment and identification and documentation of Good Practices, supporting alignment with Interreg Europe requirements.
Skills & Employment Development Centres in Just Transition Areas
C.L.I.M.B. Solutions participates as an independent subcontracted service provider in this project, implemented in the context of Greece's Just Development Transition.
Its assignment includes the design, organisation, coordination, implementation and reporting of focus groups supporting the Skills Transition and Local Labour Market Observatory, including stakeholder mobilisation and development of findings and recommendations.

More than two decades of academic and project experience
C.L.I.M.B. Solutions builds upon more than two decades of academic, research, innovation and project-management experience accumulated by its Founder and Managing Director, Assoc. Prof. Elpida Samara.
Elpida Samara is an Associate Professor at the Department of Accounting and Finance of the University of Western Macedonia, a Mechanical Engineer and holder of a PhD in Technology and Innovation Management. Her academic work includes research on National Innovation Systems, System Dynamics, smart technologies and regional innovation systems.
Her involvement in research and EU-funded projects dates back to 2004, covering transnational, cross-border, interregional and European co-funded projects — providing extensive experience in project design and implementation, research methodology, stakeholder engagement, technical deliverables and European cooperation.
